While treating various mental disorders it was observed that those suffering from chronic mental disorders do require rehabilitation, also along with them their family member/caregivers also require support consistently.

Also to detect problems of distress level, & prevent disorders we need to do awareness continuously.

Also for developing minds we requires more team members.

So keeping all these objectives in mind Manodaya Trust was founded in June 2008 - Founder trustees were Dr. Adwait Padhye & Dr. Mrs. Pallavi Padhye, Mrs. Geeta Mondkar, Mr. Laxman Padhye, Late Mrs. Jyoti Padhye.

In last 14 years Trust has done lot of awareness work & rehabilitation work for which it has or President Dr. Adwait Padhye has received with various awards.

Dr. Padhye - Bhishagvarya Puraskar Doctor of the year by IMA Dombivli & Rotary Club.

Manodaya Trust - Shrutakirti puraskar by Vaishnavi Foundation

3 Shubhathis Mrs. Madhuri Madhav, Mr. Ganesh Sawant & Mr. Tejas Doshi have received Dwij Puraskar by IPH Thane & 3 Shubhankars Mrs Sunita Deshpande, Mr. Prasad Dhondye & Mr. Pavesh kini received Dwij Puraskars.

Manodaya Trust runs Phoenix, a day care centre for Rehabilitation of chronic mental disorders patients on recovery path ( Shubhathis) and Support groups for various other disorders patients.
